
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wealth Rewards, Inc. ("Wealth Rewards," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Wealth Rewards mobile application and website (collectively, the "App").
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Services
Wealth Rewards provides a financial rewards platform (the "Services") that allows eligible users to:
Earn reward points through eligible activities, purchases, and referrals;
Redeem reward points for cash, savings, or other eligible rewards subject to applicable redemption terms;
Connect bank accounts through Plaid to track savings and eligible transactions;
Access a Wealth Rewards wallet ("WRA Wallet") powered by Stripe Treasury;
Receive referrals to licensed financial services partners including brokerage services (Charles Schwab) and life insurance services (Ethos Life, Allianz); and
Access financial tools and calculators for informational purposes.
Reward point balances are not cash and are not guaranteed. The estimated cash value of your reward points is an approximation subject to redemption conditions. Points are not FDIC-insured. See Section 7 for full disclosure.
3. Account Registration and Identity Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
As required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act, we are required to verify your identity before permitting access to certain financial features. Identity verification is conducted through our partner, Persona. You agree to provide accurate identity information and consent to Persona verifying your identity, including checking your information against government watchlists (including OFAC). Failure to complete identity verification will limit your access to the financial features of the App.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must: enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account (required for access to financial features); notify us immediately at support@mywealthrewards.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and never share your login credentials with any other person.
4. Bank Account Linking (Plaid)
To access certain Services, you may connect your bank account through Plaid, Inc. ("Plaid"). By connecting a bank account, you acknowledge and agree that:
You authorize Wealth Rewards and Plaid to access your bank account information, including account balance and transaction history, as described in our Privacy Policy;
You are subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy (available at plaid.com/legal/end-user-privacy-policy);
Wealth Rewards does not receive or store your bank login credentials — these are transmitted securely to Plaid;
Wealth Rewards will use Plaid-sourced transaction data solely to provide App features and will not use this data to train AI or machine learning models; and
You may disconnect your bank account at any time through App settings, which will revoke Plaid's access to your account.
5. WRA Wallet and Stripe Treasury
Your WRA Wallet is powered by Stripe Treasury, provided by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By using the WRA Wallet, you also agree to Stripe's services agreement applicable to end users of platforms built on Stripe Treasury.
FDIC Insurance Disclosure: Funds in your WRA Wallet are held at an FDIC-member bank through Stripe Treasury. FDIC insurance coverage applies to deposit accounts as provided by law, subject to FDIC limits and requirements. WRA Wallet funds may be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance coverage, subject to applicable conditions. This is not a guarantee of FDIC coverage. You should review Stripe's current disclosures regarding FDIC eligibility.
[NOTE: Stripe Treasury FDIC disclosure language must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel and hardcoded in the App. Do not rely on CMS to display FDIC disclosures. Confirm current Stripe Treasury partner bank and FDIC eligibility before publication.]
Wealth Rewards is not a bank. We are a financial technology company. Your WRA Wallet is not a bank account offered by Wealth Rewards. Banking services are provided by Stripe Treasury's partner bank.
6. Rewards Program
6.1 Earning Rewards
Reward points are earned in accordance with the Wealth Rewards Program Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated from time to time. Reward point earning rates, eligible activities, and point valuations are subject to change upon notice to you.
6.2 Redemption
Reward points may be redeemed for available redemption options as described in the App. Redemption options, minimum redemption thresholds, and point valuations are subject to change. Redeemed points are final and non-reversible except as required by law.
6.3 Point Expiration
Reward points may expire as set forth in the Program Rules. WRA will provide advance notice of any change to point expiration policies. [NOTE: Confirm expiration terms and any state gift card law applicability.]
6.4 Important Disclaimers
Reward points are not cash, currency, or a bank deposit. Estimated cash values are approximations and subject to redemption conditions. Past reward rates do not guarantee future rates. Points are not transferable and have no cash surrender value outside the redemption options available in the App. Points are not protected by FDIC insurance or SIPC.
7. Referral Services — Not Financial Advice
The App may provide referrals or links to third-party financial services including Charles Schwab (brokerage), Ethos Life (life insurance), and Allianz (insurance). These referrals are provided for informational purposes only.
WEALTH REWARDS IS NOT A BROKER-DEALER, INVESTMENT ADVISER, INSURANCE AGENT, OR FINANCIAL PLANNER. NOTHING IN THE APP CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT ADVICE, INSURANCE ADVICE, OR A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY OR FINANCIAL PRODUCT. ALL FINANCIAL DECISIONS ARE YOURS ALONE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
Any AI-generated recommendations or suggestions within the App are automated outputs based on the information you provide. They are not personalized financial advice. Past results and calculated estimates are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Provide false or misleading identity information or impersonate another person;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any WRA system, other user's account, or Stripe or Plaid systems;
Use the App to facilitate money laundering, fraud, structuring, or any other financial crime;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App; or
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
9. Fees
Wealth Rewards may charge subscription fees and/or transaction fees as described in the App's fee schedule, which is incorporated by reference and may be updated with notice. Current fees are displayed in the App before any fee-bearing transaction. [NOTE: Confirm fee schedule and UDAAP-compliant fee disclosure mechanism.]
All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars. Fees, once charged, are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
10. Termination and Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mywealthrewards.com. Upon account closure:
Any unredeemed reward points will be subject to the Program Rules regarding expiration and final redemption;
Your WRA Wallet balance will be disbursed to you per the procedures in the App; and
We will retain records as required by applicable law (see our Data Retention and Disposal Policy).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law or by a regulatory authority, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use poses a security, compliance, or legal risk to Wealth Rewards or other users.
11. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, functionality, branding, and software are owned by Wealth Rewards, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
12. Data Privacy and No Sale of Data
Wealth Rewards does not sell, rent, or license your personal information to any third party for their own marketing, commercial, or advertising purposes — ever. This commitment applies to all personal information we collect, including financial data, bank transaction history, identity data, and usage information.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We share your information with service providers (Stripe, Plaid, Persona) only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to Wealth Rewards.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WEALTH REWARDS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEALTH REWARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP. WEALTH REWARDS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO WEALTH REWARDS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and, where required, by direct notification to your registered email address at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the App and close your account.
